        After an unsuccessful surgery by another urologist, Dr. Ho was able to not only show me exactly what was wrong but then correct the problem. He takes time to listen and also explain things clearly and concisely.

        Desperately seeking a second opinion and more options for my mom after several failed procedures, led me to Dr. Ho. He is seriously the best doctor I have ever encountered. He knew my moms medical history and was prepared with so many options before coming into her room. He explained why the previous procedures failed in detail. You can tell he really cares about his patients. He is not just promoting the top therapies for a kickback. He is really doing what is best for the patient. Wish I found him years earlier, but thankful to have found him now. Our appointment was at 9:00am, we got there about 8:55am, no other patients in waiting room and they have COVID safety protocols in place (fiberglass between front desk staff and patient, only certain chairs available to sit in, etc) another 5 minutes to get to the back, doctor was in room by 9:16am. After a quick check out process, we were back in the car by 10:10am. We did not experience the long wait someone else mentioned. Even if we did, this doctor is worth the wait.
