The people here are very friendly but Im thoroughly disappointed in their mechanics. I purchased a vehicle and they do offer a warranty but failed to mention that the warranty only applies if you bring it to their mechanic. As an individual that is new to car buying, I didnt know this, and assumed the warranty applied to wherever you have to bring the vehicle. After 3 weeks of having the car, I had braking issues, in which I learned the rear calipers and breaks had to be replaced. The brakes were worn down and one of the calipers was leaking. Im not sure how the Auto Palace mechanics missed this, but as you can guess I was furious when I called and learned that 1) it has to be brought to auto palace to be under warranty and 2) I did not have the extended warranty that covers the vehicle being brought elsewhere. I was never offered the extended warranty when purchasing the vehicle. My point is, I thought I was being careful and did my research but somehow still ended up feeling relatively ripped off in the end. Im now having to pay $2100 for all of this work on a $16k vehicle. I recommend taking the vehicle somewhere for an inspection and if something comes up, bring it back to auto palace for their mechanics to do the work.
