I would agree with the review below, this place is a circus! Good luck tryna get a straight answer, Been negotiating with two different people on a car and takes 1-2 business days to get a response. I was told I cannot see the car until its paid for and its shipped to me even after I told them I want to come out and see it. Stay away and save yourself a headache

Frustrating throughout process of buying a vehicle from this dealership. Flew from Wisconsin and picked up by salesperson at airport which was nice, that was the end of anything good. Arrived at dealership only to find the vehicle had not been detailed and that would take 3-4 hours, I then inspected the vehicle and found multiple areas requiring buffing to remove areas that I had specifically asked about prior to arriving. The vehicle also had a one-foot long crack in the windshield that was not disclosed, they said they wouldn't do anything to correct this or give me any credit toward getting it fixed. Still had not taken vehicle for a test drive and it did not have enough fuel to take it to a station, so salesperson attempted to put in one gallon of gas, but was unsuccessful. We drove vehicle to a station 1/2 mile away and he put a whopping $10 into it to take a test drive. Eventually, we negotiated a slightly lower price for a the noticed flaws. They then would not accept my cashier's check that I told them I would be bringing to pay for the balance. 2 hours later they decided they'd take a personal check and credit card payment. Instead of being able to start my 1,600 mile trip at 10am, it was now nearly 7pm. Now 25 days later, I have still not received the title and after calling multiple times and being promised a call back, NO ONE has done it. BE CAREFUL dealing with this dealership, it deals in high-end vehicles, but not sure who is running the circus, because no one ever seems to be able to do much than point the finger at another person or area within the company.

Texted back and fourth now for 3 weeks and always " I will get back with you..." Well no one ever got back with me even after I contacted 3 times. They may be good for some, but not for all. And NO, there was no accident as you say.

Great staff and great service! Simon was very knowledgable and extremely personable. He really made the whole process a pleasant experience which is truly rare. Highly recommend.
