This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from this business. I must say, I am a returning customer, because I was very well taken care of the first time when I bought my sons vehicle several years ago. This company really cares about customer service and getting things right. This is why I came back a second time and purchased a 2014 Toyota sienna, the salesman was awesome and experience was even better! I definitely recommend this auto store for your next purchase! Love these guys! I definitely will be back for my third vehicle!

My wife and I recently bought a 2016 BMW X3 from here and the experience we had with Bill was great! We never felt pressured and felt that we reached a very fair and reasonable price through comfortable negotiation. Based on this experience we would not hesitate buying another vehicle from Bill and/or Village Car Store.

Very unprofessional and ghetto, bought a car from them and they were trying to sell it to me with a broken headlight, the starring wheel got hard on me was super hard to turn the wheels and when I opened the hood it was crusted shut so it needed to be replaced, the breaks was bad even though they told me they fixed it, instead of fixing it they told me something flew on my Roders and its scratching it up and that's why my breaks are making noises. My car kept jerking back and forth as if something was wrong with the engine or transmission, but they told me it was because my engine was big and I would get use to it, few weeks later took it to a professional and they told me it was indeed my transmission I went back to them, and they told me it has been 6 months and there is nothing they can do! IT ONLY BEEN 6 MONTHS the transmission was messed up on that car BEFORE I bought the car. and now I'm stuck with 7,000 to pay on a car that might break down before I'm done paying the amount. They just try to take your money and sell you a bad car! This place was really good when his dad was running it, he made sure everything was good on the car BEFORE he sold it now, he got his son running it and he's messing up big time!!! I wouldn't recommend.
