        9.20.22 at Beech and Morse rd. Their traffic management consisted of sticking a stop sign in a road cone and walking away. After a significant wait, several cars just turned around and went back the way they came. When I got to the front, I waited, then honked and started a three point turn when I noticed the flagger running down the road from the other end of the construction. He apparently was operating signs at both ends. If you cant manage traffic safely, hire an off duty officer who can.
