        Cory was nothing but professional and even helped take measurements of a cargo van so I knew if the art project we were transporting would fit. Only issue was getting the website to recognize our location (a suggestion by a YouTuber who had problems with the app) but turned out the app had no problem, just added several minutes to the check in process. The YT videos are helpful if you're picking up on a day they are not open (Sunday in this case) and want to familiarize yourself with the multiple steps involved (so plan for self checkin to take several minutes).
