Had an appointment for my cat set up today for 4:30. Show up early just to find out they can't do there job and the person I made an appointment with didn't add me to the schedule. Then to be argued with. Lost my business. Thanks for wasting my time.

After receiving a substantial quote (Thousands) from my veterinarian for several tooth extractions, I reached out to friends for alternatives, and they recommended Elemental. I was incredibly stressed going into this after finding my boy cat had multiple teeth that needed to be removed and he was in pain, right during the holiday season. The staff was very polite, informative, and took so much stress out of this situation. The cost was a fraction compared to my normal vet. He was fully recovered in just few days, with zero issues after having 8 teeth removed. He immediately showed a dramatic change in his personality, its hard to believe how much. A month later and he is super playful, more than all his years before. He is also a very vocal boy now, I can tell just how much better he feels everyday. This was my first and only experience so far, but will return and recommend to others!
