53 ft trucks Hardly make turns on entrance, placed the trash trucks everywhere sucks on loading, not a reliable place for 53 ft trucks.

Wow where do I start? I give them -5 stars. I had service with Rumpke for the better part of a year and I had nothing but problems. The first couple months I called customer service every month and asked how much I owed them since I didnt receive a bill for months. I talked to a different person every month that all said THEY OWED ME $80 to which I replied I dont know how thats possible. Over and over. They said theres nothing they can do. Then one day my trash cans were gone. They repossessed them for non payment. Since the monthly rate was $25 and I called every month I didnt understand how this was possible. They said pay $80 and Id be back in service. People make mistakes ok. The following months were the same. I owe them some weird number then they owe me. I just wanted trash service mind you and I was happy to pay for trash service. I just didnt see the need to waste my time contacting them constantly to fix this or that. I asked for them to deliver a Rumpke trash can multiple time but one never came. I had a cheap trash can from Walmart that I used but everyone else had Rumpke cans. I started renting out the home and the tenants also had nothing but problems. I finally just decided to use any other service cuz it couldnt ever be this bad. So I cancelled service and went with another trash service. Youd think the nightmare ends here but nope. So 6 months pass and I get a bill from Rumpke for $80. Im just glad these people didnt choose the medical field honestly. If their goal was to make Time Warner customer service look like a five star service youve done it. So I call Rumpke and waste more of my time explaining to them that I havent had their service in some time. To which the customer service lady says she cant delete this bill and it will go to collections unless I send her statements from my new trash company for the past six months. Unbelievable. So I did and they cancelled my service. Id like to see an interview conducted by Rumpke just to see how that looks. Ive never met a more incompetent company. I just got another bill from Rumpke so Ill keep you updated. Negative 5 stars. Biggest idiots Ive ever come into contact with.

I have been a Rumpke customer since 1989. All in all, the service has been excellent. I sent a msg recently because my recycling containers have not been emptied regularly & my recycling was piling up with nowhere to hold it. I sent a request asking if there was a pick-up problem & what my regular pickup days are, Rumpke immediately sent a printout showing the pickup dates for the remainder of 2024. My bins of recycleables were emptied the following week. Thank you! One more question please..... If I have paid for 2 green bins already, is it possible to get another at no charge? I am a retired senior citizen. Many weeks, we have guests or just use a lot of recycleable packaging. Since we have been recycling for more than 25 years, we are fairly good at it & my family helps to keep me happy. Thank you again for the wonderful service! They are timely, polite, and neat. I have never had to pick up trash or put my trashcan up right since I have had their service.

Always a great job and respectful of our property. On the rare occasion Ive called to ask for a bigger item to be picked up and the people I spoke with have really nice.
