        I called them out to replace a floor drain. That they wanted to charge $8,000 to do. So I had a certified plumber come out and he gave me a price of $300. It was about $50 in parts and 2 hours of labor. Not worth $8,000 don't do business with them they just want to make as much at possible.

        The plumber did a great job installing the new kitchen faucet, but I would not use Roto Rooter again because he was not honest with pricing. I told him I had a coupon off the web sight for a senior discount of $100. He said he would honor the discount, but he took the coupon and said the discount was already built into the initial estimate. I have additional plumbing needs, but I am asking friends and family members for recommendations. I will not use Roto Rooter again. I feel like I was scammed. Replacing a faucet should not cost nearly $700.
