Although my faith in European Wax Center isn't all that strong I have to say I loved loved loved my estician My'Asia she was so kind and patient and funny and knowledgeable she not only made you feel comfortable but she also made you feel like you were with family I will come back to see My'Asia every time

I have been going to this place for a year, I have had the chance to get my brows waxed by a few ladies here. Today was my 1st appt with Drew ,and she did her job & I like the after of my brows. Now to the front desk lady, I am going to assume she was fairly new as I have never seen her in my year of coming here, she didn't have one smile on her face & had the nerve to attempt to offer me a package, with a bland personality, I declined offer as I don't need a package. Understand to companies the first face we see determines a lot of the times if a customer comes back or not. Her entire face expressions looked rued ,and as if she was acting to be friendly. I don't like this kind of vibe , ensure you are hiring the kind of people who fit a front desk position. Please do better ladies.
