        Ordered a mattress and they said it would be a week before they could deliver. When they went to deliver they claim I wasn't home even though all my vehicles had been at my house the entire time. No call or door knock. This company is a bunch of crooks.

        XPO is completely unreliable. I ordered a shower door from Amazon and set a delivery date. First, the middle carrier failed to deliver to XPO, but no one bothered to give me a courtesy call. When XPO got the door, they said they would call and schedule a deliver. They didn't. I finally got a delivery scheduled for between 12-3 on a Friday. XPO shows up at 10, when I wasn't at home. They were also supposed to give 30 minutes notice. They didn't. After 5+ weeks, I'm still waiting for my shower door.
