Our insurance company, USAA, recommended them to us because they had the highest customer service rating. Boy were they not kidding. They were very responsive and quick about cleaning up water leakage from an ice dam on my roof. They checked on the drying equipment every day and let me know what time they would be there the next day. In particular, Sam, Alex, Juan and Javi were so professional, courteous and nice! Forever Grateful to Roth Cleaning & Construction I first met the Roth Cleaning team after I had a house fire. I was overwhelmed by the amount of clean up that had to be done. Alex, Denise, Heaven, Andrew, Angie, Dan, Javi and Dillion were all at our house during the clean up period before construction could start. I didnt know what to expect and I was quite emotional. They talked me through the process and calm me down. They took great care in going through our contents. They were able to save and clean things I didnt think could be saved. When I received our contents back, I was impressed by how clean they were and how well packaged they came. There was no odor at all of smoke on any of it. The crew arranged my furniture exactly where I wanted it and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Our construction team was led by Jim, the estimator, and then by Ziff and John as Project Managers. I was told that it would take about six months to pack everything, demo and rebuild / repair. It took just under 5 months. The main crew working on our house was Dave, Mike and Mark. These guys were absolutely awesome! You can tell that they are all craftsmen at heart and how much they loved what they do for a living. Our house came out beautiful and I could not be happier. John was a great Project Manager and made sure that every detail was taken care of. Having a house fire was traumatic, but we were blessed that it was not any worse than what it was. I also realize how fortunate my family was that we had Roth Companies working through this with us. I had excellent communication from Roth the entire length of the project. My property was severely damaged from a fire in late February of 2021. John from Roth was very professional and informative from the very first meeting he explained how the process would take place. Even with the extensive structural damage that occurred the repairs were completed and the property was inhabitable in less than a year. Arnold my project superintendent kept things moving and was always on top of the status of every detail of the construction. I could not have been more happy with the entire process from day one. What a great team and how lucky I am to have met up with them. If you have a need I would have no problem recommending them whatsoever. Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair

Candy, Sam, Javi and Rashawn did an excellent job cleaning out our basement and getting everything ready for an abatement process. And thanks to Steve for coordinating everything.
