For the most part service and everything is fine but when you call the office and and tell them you have just been serviced and you do not have toilet paper She tried telling me that the rules are compressed and she would contact the service guy well less than 24 hours later I ran out of toilet paper and cold again this morning for the answering service to pick up cup hopefully by the end of the day we'll have toilet paper had to borrow it from the hotel behind us just to just to service the man Like I said service for the most part has been outstanding outstanding but I find customer representative in office Argumentative and not willing to help the customers

Any issue was immediately resolved by the owner and he was super nice! Yet having another issue with Eva in the office, shes snippy and rude , definitely looking for another company, cant deal with customer service like that and wont! Rather pay more money than this. The workers in the field are amazing though. The unit I got is nice.

I ended up canceling the order, but Im writing a review about the service rep, Eva Brayman. She totally lacks customer service skills... She would not let me talk, she talked over me, and even asked me to be quiet and let her talk instead. She is very rude. Ive never experienced this kind of treatment before, anywhere else. You just lost a potential customer.
