Nothing But APHAR
Very poor service! Just experienced racial discrimination when trying to pick up a package... had my ID and confirmation email ready and was still questioned on my identity. No respect for the associate who worked today.

Monroe post office is trash. Mail is delivered 2 or 3 times a week. I'll have an empty mailbox for 3 days then suddenly it will be shoved full of a several days worth of junk mail. I've had important documents lost for weeks, and instead of knocking or ringing the doorbell to get a signature for certified mail they just kept leaving a sticker that said they tried but no one answered except I'd been at home sitting 10 feet from the door.

Package was dropped off at post office 48 days ago. I opened an investigation with USPS and this post office said they are still in possession of the item {diamond earrings} but they are running behind on processing this package! My money says someone is wearing my diamond earrings and it surely isn't me. Really, 48 days behind?
