We came back from vacation on Saturday and that same evening had water pouring out of a pipe from the water heater, starting to flood our basement. Called Mr. Rooter Sunday morning and they sent Ralph within the hour. Unfortunately for us, we needed a new water heater, but thanks to Ralph he turned it around very quickly for us and by 1pm it was installed!! Top-notch customer service from Mr. Rooter and Ralph was super professional and courteous. We know whom to rely on next time!!!

Our technician Richard was phenomenal! He was competent, consultative, and personable. He made a tough situation much more tolerable than expected with his impressive knowledge base and know-how. He got the job done expeditiously and with a price that didn't break the bank. Five stars definitely would recommend.
