I had called and talked with someone who gave me the breakdown and pricing before our trip. Once there, I explained we lived four hours away, and part of our trips purpose was to look into joining Bay Point.
I'm surprised they expect you to buy in without any showing of the property. She gave me a membership form and at the same time said she thought now was not a good time for us to see it because everything inside the gates is currently a mess. Seriously you can't make this stuff up.
