Recently needed service; was VERY impress with the high quality of care/service I received. The service manager, Ryan, really cares about his customers Would definitely recommend this location.

Guess they don't need my business since nobody will answer the phone for the service department on a Thursday afternoon. As for the weak reply from Diehl Ford....Do you think I only called one time? I was also connected to the "operator" who also never answered the phone. Nothing like talking down to your would be customers.

Ive been taking my vehicles to get oil changes and tire rotation at Waikam for years and has cost around $60, I went yesterday and it was $116 for the same thing! I will never go back!!

Waikem Ford is absolutely the best dealership, that Ive ever dealt with in my life hands down! To begin with, October 2021, my vehicle was totaled and I had to start shopping for a new vehicle, at the worst possible time in history (Post pandemic, chip shortage, markups, etc)! I initially went, to check out the Ford Rangers the prices were outrageous! Thats when salesman, Michael Jordan approached me and explained to me about ordering a vehicle. In doing so, I was able to afford a 2022 Ford Bronco, Big Bend! I wasnt happy that the wait could be to 24 months (took 11) but I really didnt have a choice. Nine months later, I gave in and bought a vehicle from a different dealer different make and model and even though it was beautiful, it just wasnt me. Well, the (wonderful) manager, Dan Klaes never canceled my order! I was a bit distressed, but I had to go see it, when it came in, in September!!! I was wanting to hate it, but I was in love! So, I went today, to figure out what I was going to do! Anyone knows when buying a vehicle, it can be sooo stressful!! Well I decided to give my truck to my husband, when Dan gave us a GREAT trade in price, on my husbands vehicle! I was still able to purchase my custom made Bronco! Dan is a super nice, professional and reasonable man!! And Michael Jordan gave us the smoothest transaction process ever!! I felt at home there, I really like those guys! Lots of laughs!! Ohhh and lets not forget Victor Mick, the finance guy! He was very nice and professional and explained things well!!! I will be a return customer and send friends and family there!!! God bless them!!!
