Honest, respectful, hard-working and a very fair price. They recommended A well, clean out with a new pump which is working beautifully! The team worked all day out in the cold. Definitely a five star company! Thank you!

I first used Depew back in 2006 when the cheap well pump a home warranty company installed for me died in under a year. The pressure tank they installed then just started leaking today (01/2024) and they were able to send out a repair crew within a couple of hours. The well pump is still going strong. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for and only needing service once every 18 years is worth every penny.

On the coldest day of 2024 + a holiday we woke up to our well pump not working...remembered this company from my previous employer & called to get on their schedule...SAME Day Service! We had water by 4PM YEAH! Very polite, very respectful of our home, & the cost to replace the pump & new wiring under $2k Would recommend this company over & over again. My family found ourselves without water. My water treatment guy verified my pressure tank was not the issue...the logical assumption was my well pump was not working. I called Depew at 1:30pm on a Friday and they were to my house by 4:00pm. The two workers that came were friendly and extremely knowledgable. Before jumping to any conclusions about the cause of my no water issue, they did their own troubleshooting and discovered it was not my well pump. They fixed my issue and saved me a bunch of money. I will definitely contact Depew again if I encouter any well related issues. I wish all businesses could operate this way. Thank you Depew Well Drilling!
