The staff was very friendly and kind to us. My 3 year old broke curtains in the room and they were so understanding and compassionate. The breakfast was delicious!!! It is under construction so the place is only going to get better!! Note: the pool is permanently closed unfortunately.

I dont ever leave bad reviews but this place was just awful. My husband and I booked a room for a relaxing evening to celebrate my birthday. We booked a room with a jacuzzi. Room 228. The faucet was almost falling off. There was mold in the bathroom, no doorknob on the bathroom door (the thing didnt even move to shut). The room smelt musty, the curtains were ripped, the thermostat didnt work so it was blazing hot in there and when it did kick on it was insanely loud. The pillows were completely flat. The towels smelt musty. We left in the middle of the night. If you are looking to book one of these rooms DONT! I highly recommend the comfort inn in concord instead. We would have gone there but they were sold out for the night we needed. This place was a complete disappointment.

I am currently staying in this property for work, my second time here. When I arrived on Tuesday, I was greeted by a very nice employee... her name is Jennifer. I had been working since early Tuesday morning and checked-in around 5:00pm, going directly to room 401. Long story short, TV did not work in 401 and since I am here all week, that would be an issue. I was moved to 406 and when I entered the room the heating & air unit was in 10 different pieces laying in the floor to be serviced. Jennifer was very very kind and tried to fix the tv, apologized for the mishap with the 2nd room and then upgraded my room on the 3rd try. This morning the hotel had no hot water in the entire hotel but again the staff was very kind, communicated effectively and understood my frustration. Jennifer did all she could to make the situation bearable and found a solution that worked with regard to my room. This hotel is a little rough around the edges due to construction but the staff are doing all they can to make the best of the situation. Definite room to improve but I am appreciative of all the obstacles they are working through to make my stay pleasant. THANK YOU STAFF!

Nice place, currently undergoing renovations but never disturbed by the renovations once or actually ever heard any noise. Very well handled.
