Yoga on the East Side is such a hidden jewel. The studio is a lovely space to connect with yourself but also a great community of yoga practitioners. You don't need any precious yoga experience to join in. The folks here are warm and welcoming. The owners, Sarah and Bryan, are so knowledgeable and great teachers.

As a Bikram yoga practitioner since 2006, I've had the chance to experience studios all over the world. Yoga on the East Side truly stands out! The welcoming atmosphere and warm, supportive community make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The studio owners, Sarah and Bryan, are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Their encouraging guidance helps students of all levels deepen their practice, even with physical limitations. Another big plus? They've mastered the art of balancing heat and humidity in the room, which is crucial for a truly effective Bikram session. If you're looking for a fantastic hot yoga studio, look no further than Yoga on the East Side! I highly recommend giving them a try.

Yoga on the Eastside is such an awesome place to practice Bikram as it is meant to be - for all walks of life, for all shapes, sizes and abilities, with the most skilled and welcoming teachers. Bikram has always been my favorite "workout" as it works you inside and out - you gain so much strength and feel every muscle and organ gets a workout, not to mention the balance and cleansing of thoughts and emotions that happens in each class. Such a gift in all the ways! We are so very lucky to have Sarah and Bryan creating this space for us to practice and grow!

Hot + Humid! Works every time. It really is 105 degrees and high humidity. Some studios say "hot" but are lukewarm. This one really is classic Bikram- 90 minute dialogue + heat+ humidity. Perfection.
