First time there and ordering on kiosk. Do order and go to pay and it says payment disconnected. Go to register and reorder. Look at my account while eating and have been charged $13 twice for one meal. Notify manager and am assured one charge will drop off in a few days. Eight days later call restaurant and advised I have to contact customer service through email. I get an email back saying a ticket for my complaint has been made. Two more days go by and no response and no refund. Not a happy customer. They take your money in 2 seconds, but ten days later still waiting for my refund.
