        Please avoid them.  They lied to us about the ability to remove PMI once we made a large payment and reduced the principal and recast the loan. This was the reason we went with them.  Now we are stuck paying PMI for years even though we have paid down the loan enough.

        We were lied to by 2 different employees about the ability to remove PMI from our mortgage shortly after acquiring the mortgage and then making a large payment and recasting the loan. Now we are stuck paying PMI for years even though we have lowered our balance below what is required to have it removed. I will never deal with them again.
