        This is the second Saturday Ive come at 10 am when your suppose to be open the problem is you havent opened on time the second Saturday in a row. Today this kid walks in. Leaves the door locked for another 10 minutes. So he opened almost 20 minutes late. I come to this leftys because youre near my job. I wont be coming back.

        Sold my sister a defective product then refused to help when we asked about it. Furthermore, to the owner, thank you for responding but if we are to contact the manufacturer instead of your staff, shouldn't your staff at least help provide the contact information for us instead of brushing off our issues over the products "you" sell? Customer service shouldn't end the second one walks out the door, especially if there ever is a issue with a product. Are you really going to stand behind a company that sells you defective products or your customers, who tries to bring it to your attention that there is a issue with it.

      Diana, we are very apologetic over this inconvenience. This Saturday morning was opened as fast as possible by one of our team members with you in mind. We were notified late of another scheduled staff member falling ill, and unable to make it in. We are looking into why this could've been 2 weeks in a row. Again, our apologies, as we strive for an efficient and punctual team.

      We are very sorry about the situation. We instruct our staff to ask you to try the vapes before leaving the store. In this case, it sounds like the disposable was working for a week before it stopped charging. I recommend contacting the manufacturer about quality issues you've experienced.
