Rick was fantastic in helping us plan our cruise. We had a group of 6 and had to make a changes to our dates, Rick took care of everything, the cruise was fantastic.

Lori from Cruise Planners literally did everything for us! All we did was show up! She put together a fantastic 7 day trip to Secrets Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana to help us celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. In addition to all the bookings and logistics, she provided much needed expertise and helpful tips on topics from navigating customs to proper evening attire and tipping culture. All well within our budget! Highly recommended, will use again.

We were fully aware that is was a Spring Break week and that the boat would be at max capacity, but staff onboard Oasis were so friendly and there was so much to do on the boat! We had a group of 12 and thanks to our Cruise Planners agent Rick, everything went smoothly from start to finish! I highly recommend working with them! Looking forward to our next adventure!

We honestly couldnt have asked for better people to book our trip to Mexico! Rick and Lori did an amazing job making sure our vacation was everything we wanted and more. The resort they recommended was absolutely incredible and we had an amazing time! They coordinated flights for a group of 8 people traveling from different states and also booked transportation to and from the airport. There was constant communication and updates about our trip and they provided all necessary information prior to our trip to make sure things went smoothly. I would highly recommend Rick and Lori to anyone traveling and will be using them in the future.
