B & S Sanitation

We know there are companies out there that might cost a little less a month for services but today on New Years Day almost everyone on our cul-de-sac forgot to put their trash out and the B & S Sanitation guys kindly honked as the came down our road allowing us to get our carts to the curb. Gestures like this mean everything to me, our carts were completely full. Thank you guys so very much for your customer service!!!! We will only use B& S Sanitation!!!! They even picked up some of the large spent fire works in the road! Thats integrity!!!!

They are dependable but won't do you any favors. We had a few tree branches totally inside a trash bag and they wouldn't take it. If there were any other trash service to sign up for, we would

Very good trash disposal company. They show up every week and are easy to contact in the event you need them to address anything such as upgrading to a larger dumpster or moving dumpster location. Service: Trash removal & disposal

There was a price increase that they did not inform customers of. I paid for service a year in advance, that means that service was paid for for 1 year at that price. They shouldn't be able to change that price on you during that same year an send you a new bill. It's careless business, an poor customer service. A great business would have said "I see where the service was paid for at such amount of dollars for the year, we can correct that bill for you. Please understand that the new price goes into affect 1.1.2022" Services: House & garage cleanouts, Yard debris removal
