The pool needs some TLC. Pool floor looks dirty and needs some help. Also the water was cold, and the general pool area was not cleaned each day. Saw the same garbage no clean towels in the morning. It's usually the highlight of the trip when we have kids, so it's important. Breakfast was good and they worked hard to keep it stocked with a lot of people eating all at once.

First time staying here. Was disappointed the pool was not heated as advertised. I was looking forward to relaxing in a heated pool, but that did not happen. Dont advertise a pool as heated if it is not. That is false advertisement. Also had trouble with the outlets and USB ports beside the beds. They would not hold in anything in the outlet or USB ports. I made do. Im nothing if not inventive, and I made do with what I had. (Always travel with a power strip.) The first night I could not get the water in the shower to turn to hot, but I fixed that and was able to enjoy a hot bath since I missed out on the heated pool experience. I normally stay at Springhill Suites because they have an indoor pool as well but they also have a hot tub. I prefer hot tubs to pools but take what I can get. (But not gonna swim in cold water.) The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated throughout. Close to several nice places to eat as well as some fast food too. Overall, decent place to stay, just fix the pool. Or change what is advertised because it definitely is not heated. I cannot speak to the quality of the free breakfast because when I take these relaxing breaks from the real world, here or somewhere else, I don't get up early enough for breakfast. I got to rest and relax which was my goal.
