Quick response and reasonably priced. The tow truck driver was very professional. From first call to dropping off at the repair shop was just over an hour. That exceeded my expectations by a couple of hours.

Shane's Wrecker Service is one of those rare companies that value integrity and compassion when interacting with their customers. Because they are tasked with "towing/impoundment" of some unfortunate people's vehicles for various purposes, Shane's gives the same respectful treatment across the board to all. It is so nice to witness kindness nowadays. I appreciate the patience and understanding of the staff regarding the purpose of my visit there. Absolutely recommend Shane's Wrecker Service.
