TownePlace Suites by Marriott Tulsa Broken Arrow

We stayed here about a month ago. While the location is currently going through renovation it doesn't excuse the quality of this hotel. It is a dump, Marriott should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel. We are going through the region in the near future and have passed on staying at this hotel.

I always check ratings before I book at new hotels and I recently switched from Hilton to Marriott rewards thinking the hotels would be better. I was wrong, especially about this hotel. The outside fools you into thinking its nice but it smells bad and is extremely outdated. I highly recommend you stay anywhere else. I checked in, saw the room and the halls, and left. It was gross and hugely overpriced.

This place will fool you into believing it is nice based on the outside, lobby and the reviews. The shower has hair all in it from the previous occupants. One side of the bed is broken so you can't lay on it. I almost fell on the floor when I went to sit down. The refrigerator is dusty. The wood on the furniture is all chipped up. This is awful! Marriott has downgraded a lot over the years!
