Just a bank, nothing special about it. In the past they had a way that you could make money using your credit card. As far as I am concerned Money in Money out; any bank can do it. It really isn't different than any other bank, mediocre in service, with people just doing their jobs (SOME NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE). Honestly, customer service isn't what it used to be. No one cares, there no professionalism.
