I honestly cant say enough nice things about Andrew. He breaks the stereotype for your typical insurance agent. When I found Andrew I was practically frantic. I had just purchased a new policy from Progressive who turned around and reversed my payment and rescinded my policy without reason and without letting me know and submitted a lapse in coverage on my record to cause me to have to turn around and purchase a policy with a rate reflecting the lapse. When I found out about it I hadn't been covered for 3 days. I was so upset and worried about how much my insurance was going to go up because of what they did. Andrew was SO nice and helpful and went above, beyond, and out of his way to help me. He got me better coverage then I had with progressive and he worked really hard to be able to make it as affordable as possible considering what had just happened with progressive. He stayed late to be able to help me, he stayed on the phone with me for 45 min going over my options and explaining things to me in detail and not once made me feel like I was bothering him or putting him out, though I know I was and felt bad he had to stay late. By the time we got off the phone I was calm and felt totally at ease and had confidence that everything would be taken care of and I wouldn't have to experience this again. I am so grateful and I will never buy insurance from anyone else as long as he's in business!! Thank you Andrew!
