        Dustyn was incredibly friendly when I was in the office. Laura was communicative and helpful as I was learning the new technology. Hood has gotten together a good group in Muskogee.

        We provided all our documents 1 month before the tax filing deadline, but Hood & Associates couldn't be bothered to return any of our many phone calls leading up to the deadline or provide our prepared taxes before the filing deadline. Once we were finally able to get the tax docs this week, I caught a mistake that would have caused us to lose about $6000 in overpaid taxes. They fixed the mistake in the taxes, but I'm unclear on whether they will take care of any late penalties since the taxes were late due to their negligence. As per usual, we haven't been able to get them to return our calls.
