WORST place I have ever lived at. We put in multiple maintenance requests for our washer and dryer to be fixed and it never was. Every time it rained, my room flooded and it took them MONTHS to fix it, and they never checked for mold. There are roaches, ants, and spiders EVERYWHERE no matter how hard we cleaned, and maintenance never came to spray for them after multiple requests. The staff in the office are super rude, they always had an attitude no matter how nice my roommates and I tried to be, lost multiple packages of mine and my roommates, and blew off our maintenance requests for a functioning apartment, at the bare minimum. They would also walk into our apartment and rooms without knocking or letting us know they were coming in. There was even a fire in the apartment complex, and several times the police were called on unruly neighbors, and management said and did nothing about it. Nice complex with friendly neighbors and staff. This is also a quiet place, Ive never had a noise complaint. In addition any other issues are fixed promptly in a timely manner. Only bad thing is some residents don't pick up after their pet like they are suppose to.

If you want to live in a roach filled apartment, this is the place for you. Courtney (gm) is a crook and when shes not stealing money from the property, shes lying to tenants

This is by far the most corrupt apartment complex in Norman. If you like living in a place thats falling apart and being ran by narcissist people, this is the place for you. Theres a reason this place is so cheap.
