Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Such a good people here! Excellent Service! Highly recommend Norman branch.

I dont recommend this bank due to the manager and his horrible attitude. If he tells a customer to take his business to another bank when that customer deposits thousands of dollars every week then he should not be in a management position. To me that says we dont value our customers. Hes rude and unprofessional and I will usually drive all the way to Oklahoma City to use another branch just to avoid having to deal with him.

Norman branch is the worst worst bank ever. Why they have offices is anybodys guess! Lucky if one person in an office & even then you cant get to them without an appointment AND you cant call to make the appointment. Ive called & let it ring 30 times just hoping. Over pasta 9 years they have NEVER answered the phone. So, no matter how far you have to drive or how expensive your gas, you must drive to bank, wait forever to get someone to make the appointment then drive back home until you can get to a banker. I wish we could give a -10 review for them. I really have enjoyed Bank of America in multiple different places for over 30 years but living here, I have to find a real bank.
