The Regency

I've been here 8+ months. Still mesmerized. The staff is amazing! We don't have a roach problem. I've seen 2 in my apartment the entire time I've lived here. There are crazy people screaming in the streets, (weather permitting and not all the time) but I did my research before moving here and I knew where I would be living. I keep to myself and and I've adapted to the noise. This view really cannot be beat.

COCKROACHES!!! Everywhere!!! It doesn't matter how much you complain in person, or through their maintenance program. It took 3 1/2 months for them to finally "solve" the issue and even then we still found cockroaches! When we brought our complaint to management (female manager Lorrie* specifically) we were treated with contempt and disdain. Terrible customer service and living conditions!

I give 5 stars because the short time I have lived here has been really good, the office and maintenance staff are completely friendly and care about their community, they give notice when there will be some service to be repaired or if there is something special for the residents. This review was not conditional, I have had details that need to be fixed and they came quickly in a matter of hours, leaving it working in optimal condition. I was living elsewhere previously through a platform and I can say that moving to Regency was a very good decision, I am very calm, you can exercise, have your pet and much more, I hope they continue to be excellent! Thanks Lori, Diego, Erin, Rafael! Congratulations! Spoke to Erin regarding a rental apartment and he is very professional and has taken interest in my needs and has sent me all the information I needed to Know about the apartment . Excellent customer service.
