    Contacted them when I joined a credit union in 2019. Their rates always surpass everyone else. Jason Guthrie is great and patient in trying to get the most bang for your buck.

    Good price but they did not explain paymt s well and got my acct messed up and had to double pay and was not refunded of called back. I cancel my ins . Not a fan of progressive ins

    I had terrible experience with the insurance agent I was assigned at memberHaven. Bad communication, not much effort at all on their part. I had to call and email several times before getting someone to get back with me once they switched me from Farmers insurance to Progressive and I hated the 2 month span of having progressive for car insurance, I would advice anyone thinking of going to progressive DONT! They will cancel you for not responding to any type of letter they send, the catch is they sent the letter to their app, not to your email and not in the postal mail, so unless you are logged into their app constantly and get alerts from the app you know nothing, they trick you by saying sign up for paperless contact however most people know that means email right? Not with progressive, that means you strictly get all info to your account in their app. If you dont know that you will miss all correspondence with them and next thing you know they have canceled you, not for non payment because payment is automatically drafted, but because you didnt respond to an important letter that was sent to the app.
