        Got new storm windows and 1 guy messed up badly. I requested that they dont send him back. Manager will work with me. A little understanding goes a long way. Edit: Mark went above and beyond to help me and guide me about the windows. A great help for me and appreciate it more than he knows. Thanks so much!!

        I came here this morning to get a new window for my 2007 F350, paid and got out in like 30 minutes, theyre fast and quick BUT, later today my window wouldnt work, so i took the panel off and found out the window wasnt tightened on the track correctly, will never be coming back here cause my window wouldve been broken again and costing another $300.

        Fixed our lift gate in less than 20 minutes!! Thought we were gonna have to leave it for half a day, but easy, and done. No problem. Very happy. New service- repaired crack from a rock in less than 30 min! Coordinated with our insurance, signed the invoice and done, YAY!!!

      It would’ve been no problem for you just to bring it back by. We would’ve taken care of it. If it didn’t get completely tightened up, you don’t want them to be too tight or it will cause problems with your Regulator. Sorry for the convenience and again like I said, we would’ve been more than happy to take care of it for you
