        Only place Ive ever broken my lease at. Absolutely horrible and unsanitary apartments. The office staff is soulless and should be ashamed of themselves for renting these units out knowing very well they wouldnt live in those conditions either. The only way to fix this place is by demolishing it and burning the earth it rests on.

        I have lived here for one year and a half and the entire time my AC has been broken. I have submitted multiple complaints through their app and no one ever comes and looks or sends us a pathetic response saying you are upstairs so its going to be hotter. Not if the sun is down!! Even when its dark out my AC cannot keep below 72 degrees. Not to mention how LOUD the AC is, I cannot do anything in my living room because the AC is so loud. Ive had leaks in my roof that have not been looked at and when I take a shower it often times dramatically changes temperature to extremely hot or cold. Ive had MULTIPLE neighbors move out because they had a mold problem and it was never taken care of. The kitchens are comically small, with only two counters to work with my CLOSET is bigger then my kitchen!! I plan on moving out as soon as my lease is up because this place is a MESS!!!

        If I could do Zero stars, trust me, I would. Had to cancel my move-in after being shuffled through multiple people just to cancel everything when the New property manager didn't want to answer my questions about the apartment and catch an attitude about appliance colors Dodged a bullet!

        Trust me on this one just don't. Laundry room is a mess smells like pet products in the machines when they are working. If you are unlucky enough to have an apartment with the crawlspace then you will be smelling anything anyone else is smoking the response from management will be there is nothing we can do if we don't know who it is even though these are non smoking apartments. Edit: added photos because surprise washers and dryers not working again
