        You can rent or purchase a place to live. Its reasonably priced and for the most part reasonably safe.

        My husband and I have lived here a combined 7 years and our leasing manager Genia Miller has been extremely helpful throughout the years, if we had to make a late payment, if we needed something fixed etc. Ermel ( previous maintenance man) was extremely helpful and together they always got it handled with no issues. Communication really is key, I hope we keep Genia as the manager a long time and the next manager is just like her ! 10/10 if youre not into living in a house and youre household is a little too big for an apartment, I highly suggest owning a Mobile home here! Great area to have children around. And if your household is strictly Espaol dont worry! Cecilia ( receptionist) is bilingual and can also assist all your needs! Happy home buying!

The community offers homes for rent or sale, and lots for rent. It is walking distance to a local park, library, public transportation, and is a few minutes from major freeways, medical facilities, shopping centers, and Tulsa International Airport. Facilities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, basketball court, and playground. All homes feature their own yards and off-street parking.
