Di Bartolomeo Law Office, P.C.

I am leaving this review for the law office of Joe Di Bartolomeo. Joe and his Assistant Karen are amazing!! This is the second time I have used Joe's services and he didn't disappoint. Joe was very focused and did not back down from the insurance lawyer one iota. Because of his single mindedness Joe got me a very good settlement, far above my expectations. Karen and Joe are a great team that works well together, they are very efficient, and they compliment each other very well. I never felt neglected or ignored. They were there for me when I needed them. I would highly recommend this law office for all your personal injury needs.

I asked for copy of police report. His secratary and himself said the police don't make reports. I called OSP in Warrenton and they sent me police report with no problem. He was talking figures (money) I was saying I'm not going to settle til I get proper medical treatment. I sent him a copy of police report. Then he calls me and resigns from case. Typical ambulance chaser.This guy is a shyster. He knows it, I know it. And everybody reading this needs to know the truth. I got bill from collection agent because this shyster did not call physical therapy and ask to hold bills til after settlement. The 5 stars ratings he has is probably from family and friends.

Although they couldn't take my case they did take the time to hear about it and recommended a couple of alternatives.

I was ready to give up. Joe believed in me and my issues and kept the fight going. I couldn't have done this without him. I recommend him to anyone that needs support. Thank you Joe!
