I have been fortunate enough to work with Ryan Wilcox as my therapist for close to a decade now. The professionalism and ability to "meet me where I am at" is beyond refreshing and essential in maintaining a sense of emotional well-being. As a retired Behavioral Healthcare Provider myself, it's important for me to work with an organization that employs providers who practice from a "patient centered and trauma informed perspective." The staff and the practitioners at Lifestance are empathetic, kind, compassionate, and simply put; "know what they are doing." I couldn't have more confidence and trust in a provider, staff, and organization than I do with Lifestance Health. Also, I think it's essential to mention the front desk and support staff (Jackie in particular), are the kind of people you actually want to encounter in life, the "good ones"; someone who treats you like you truly do matter! A front desk/support staff and their management are responsible for the initial and final encounter between client/patient and the organization itself. That lasting impression! This encounter is what reflects upon how the agency really values its consumers, or "clients," in this matter in particular. The staff ensures a patient's encounter with the organization to be as empathetic and professionally appropriate as humanly possible. The emphasis on protecting the patient's confidentiality, balanced with a friendly and warming presence, makes it a truly special encounter. Of which, to be honest; I truly feel quite fortunate to have had the opportunity to know of and work with these individuals for nearly a decade now. From a personal and professional perspective and experience, I can assure you that Lifestance goes above and beyond to meet the needs of its respective clientele. You can trust them with your most essential care and confidence. I do, and have for almost 10 years. I am so very grateful for the care I receive from this organization! Thank you!
