        Terrible customer service. I have an appointment @9am and there is no one inside. Ive been waiting for 20 minutes and Im on the phone with the call center and they cant get ahold of anyone. Dont recommend.

        You guys are having people pay for services and provide no real help or answers. Managers have been requested, and no one has reached out as said they would. I would not recommend H&R block. You will also pay more than they originally stated, so be prepared for that. I really hope someone there sees this and actually does something. So frustrating.
