        When I walked in for my appointment not one person spoke to me. I sat and waited for my stylest to meet me. I stayed for 25 minutes and walked out. Not a word was said to me the entire time. How rude!!!

      Hi Diane, we take all negative reviews seriously as we care about our clients. After looking at my records I show you had a new client appointment set up on April 20th, at 12:30 pm., that you didn't show up to or call to cancel. So I spoke with my team to clarify and we reviewed our security camera footage from April 20th and yesterday and could identify every customer that was in the salon as our existing customers. We did not see anyone come in and wait 25 minutes without being addressed.
