Our overall my experience of working with Brian during the course of obtaining a construction loan for our new home was excellent! Brian was great to work with and was easy to get hold of when I had questions. Our loan was completed on time with no run arounds or delays. Brian made getting financed for a home loan pain free. All documents prior to closing were able to be electronically signed through an online portal. There were no extra trips, no scanning, no faxing! Brian was completely on top of the whole process and got the funds approved well before closing. I highly recommend Brian Smith!
