Advantage Dental+

I posted rave reviews on Yelp & Indeed I was so happy with my first visit. Everyone was so kind and friendly and the facility is lovely. Thank you for caring. I had a terrible experience with my last clinic and was a little apprehensive wondering if Advantage Dental would be better or worse and it was awesome. Highly recommend. Just had my third appointment and again exceptional treatment by Dr. Zoe and Crystal. Very happy with Advantage Dental. What I really like is everyone works as a team and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly with good music.

Theyve rescheduled my appointment 4 times, always at the last minute. I rescheduled again online for March 27th. I received a text that told me to call their office, when I called,a lady who was very rude answered. She kept talking over me, and she was very short with me. I told her I scheduled the appointment online and she said that they dont encourage online schedulingso why send a link then telling patients to schedule online? There isnt an appointment now until late September. Ive been waiting over a year for this appointment. Really unfortunate.

This advantage dental can never keep staff. They cancel the appointment then you have 7 months to get an appointment. This is a major problem. Then they tell you that you are on the wait list but won't call and tell you they have an opening. My teeth need to have regular cleanings. Then they are most likely going to call me in 6 months and tell me that I'll have to wait another 6 months for a new appointment!

I booked an exam in July 2023 and they couldn't get me in for 6 months, Which is normal. I was told they would clean my teeth after my initial exam. I showed up Jan 2024, they did the exam and told me I had to schedule a cleaning. That would be another 6 months out. They lied to me, so at this point it would be a year before my teeth cleaning. March 2024 I called and needed an emergency appointment for a issue I was having. They put me off 2 times before finally giving in and gave me an appointment a full month later!?! An emergency doesn't mean wait a month. While talking to them on the phone about my issue, I was told the person scheduled to clean my teeth left in January and I would need to be rescheduled AGAIN! I was never contacted to reschedule, and would be another 6 months. SO from my initial calling to make an appointment to when I could get in for a cleaning would be 1 year and 3 months. SO unprofessional. I found a dentist that could get me in for my issue and a cleaning in 2 weeks. I would not recommend going here.
