The fabric store is wonderful. The ladies in the fabric store are wonderful. The old man who does the machine repairs... Not so great. He is mean, rude, hateful. Vile. I asked him for a bobbin holder for 301. Mine was gone. He said he had one, 70 dollars. . I told him I ordered one online. It made a clicking sound when I used it. He said it wasn't the bobbin holder. There was something very wrong with the machine. I explained to him the sound only happened when the new bobbin case was in. He told me I was not a sewing machine repairman didn't know what I was doing, I was stressing him. I went to another location, got a bobbin case, put it into the machine. This one worked fine. It was the bobbin case. . Won't go back. Not even for fabric part. The dog is scary too. Thank goodness for online. That's where I will get my sewing machine parts. Don't want to support mean people.
