Hillsboro Dentist Office

Getting new Crowns can be intimidating. The entire staff took great care of me. They were not the usual (and amazing) staff Ive dealt with in the past, but they were top notch. Looking forward to the upcoming crowns (they use 3D scanning and printing technology how cool is that?!?!) and the teeth whitening. I highly recommend.

I recently had an appointment with Elizabeth Martinez, who provided me with an excellent experience. I never imagined having a dentist in a strip-mall, but I was wonderfully surprised at their approach... no more "car salesman" dentists for me! -Care & Comfort Are Prioritized: I was asked several times if I was comfortable and doing well during my exam and x-rays. -Office Cleanliness: the office was clean. Let's face it, there's nothing worse that a dirty or musty dentist or doctor's office... even the restrooms were clean! -Scheduling: appointments can be made online or over the phone and appointment availability was plentiful. -Patients Are Heard: my previous dentist in the Bethany area, suggested I have two molars removed because they were "dropping" and would fall out anyway. A "car saleman" approach and red flag! When I explained this concern to Elizabeth asking for a second opinion, she was certainly professional, but slightly questioned the integrity of that other dentist. She said after looking at my x-rays, she could see mild bone loss, but nothing that suggested my molars were "falling out", and there was no reason to take them out. -Patients Are In Control: I was given options and advice towards a night guard for a grinding issue. I was not pressured into buying their product. - Friendly & Professional Staff: the cleaning technician was thorough & gentle. The x-ray technician was thoughtful, amazingly quick, but also gentle. Finally, the receptionist was AMAZING! While I sat in the lobby, an elderly lady came in for her appointment. My guess is that she doesn't have a lot of people in her life to visit with because she visited A LOT with the receptionist. Even though the receptionist had a million things to do, she took some time to kindly & genuinely visit with the elderly lady, while still staying "on task". Great job! Takeaway: I have a new dentist in a strip-mall!
