I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kassab Jewelers, and I must say their service was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. Mark especially went above and beyond to assist me in choosing the proper ring for my new fianc, providing expert service, history, and advice throughout the entire process. Mark's knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for jewelry were truly remarkable and made the experience even more enjoyable. He is quite assiduous about his work, and gave me his personal cell number in case I had any questions or concerns at any point. After I purchased the ring I was informed by Mark it would take 10 days longer than expected due to not having the proper band size that I needed in stock. I already had a photographer and a day picked out that I was going to propose to my fianc and told him I needed it sooner. And without question he told me he would get it done for me no matter what. Three days later I got the ring. Suffice to say, Kassab Jewelers and Mark exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of exceptional service and staff who care about you and your most special moment.

We will be back. Our experience with Kassab Jewelers in Lake Oswego was top-notch! We worked with Mark. Mark has excellent communication, education, overall quality delivery, and customer service. We will return back to Kassab Jewelers because of him. My husband upgraded my engagement ring for my 40th birthday. We purchased the sustainable lab-grown diamond ring from Brilliant Earth, including the setting. Why we went to Kassab... Brilliant Earth is an online self-service site. We did not receive the level of support necessary when buying an investment of this size. We did not have a live person to educate and guide us on the strength of metals or the integrity of the setting structure. My 4.0-carat diamond would constantly come loose. Brilliant Earth was willing to "review and assess" the situation but it would take up to 4 weeks without confirmation they would fix it. Yeah, no. Found Kassab Jewelers on Yelp and Google. Mark tightened the diamond and setting for me, but warned that it would quickly happen again due to the setting design, size of the diamond, and the softness of 18K gold metal we had picked. There was no infrastructure to hold the prongs together. Diamonds are stronger than metal and will eventually come loose again. He was right. Long story short, Mark fixed my setting and secured our diamond once, then we returned to fix it for good and reset the diamond. We found a beautiful Tacori setting that still fit our dainty minimalistic style. We customized the setting with platinum prongs with a hidden pav halo with a gold base; allowing the diamond to be the focal point. I'm so happy with the setting and have so much more CONFIDENCE wearing my ring vs. worrying about losing the diamond. Mark was great at communicating via email, phone, and text - and text was my preference and he was so quick to respond and send photos, including status updates. BONUS: I also found out that Kassab can source sustainable lab grown diamonds as well - at a very comparable price. We will come back - because supporting a local family-owned and independent jeweler is important for our growing community.

Mark is great to work with! Super knowledgeable and honest, and helped make the ring buying process as smooth as possible. He took time to meet on multiple occasions to show me different options and explained pros and cons of each to better inform the decision. A+ service and high quality products.
