Potbelly Sandwich Shop

I was thinking about trying this place out, but after reading the reviews and the apparent lack of caring from the management I don't think I want to take the chance. No wonder they are closing Pot belly shops down.

Used the restroom before I ordered and refuse to order anything from this place. The restroom toilet says it all. Lack of wanting to clean the restroom speaks to how the employees feel about their jobs and if the toilet can't be clean how can I trust that cleanliness behind the counter be any different. This is Lake Oswego!!! The worst bathroom I've ever seen hands down. This is on the scale of construction site porta john. Health inspector where are you?

Don't waste your time! Online ordering process was complicated thru Grub hub then discovered I should order thru the Potbelly website for which the installation of an app was required. Placed order for pickup at 340pm, received confirmation email but when my husband arrived to pickup he was rudely told that the order was cancelled because they hadn't even opened til 3pm. No apologies made, horrible customer service, bad business practices, mediocre food.
