It took about 1 1/2 weeks to get ahold of them because they wouldnt return my calls and messages. When I did get ahold of someone at the front desk she told me she wasnt able to make an appointment or answer my questions because she was new. I was eventually passed over to someone who could make an appointment. I made an appointment with Lisa to change some information on my deed, it was one week in advance and I was told that she would have the paperwork ready for me and my husband and that we just needed to sign. She told me that they charge $75 for the paperwork then an additional $100 if we wanted her to submit it to the county. I paid her $75 to start the paperwork. When I showed up to my appointment the office was locked and we waited in our car for about 10 minutes before trying the door again, this time it was open. We proceeded to the office door where we could hear people talking but the door was locked so we knocked and waited about 10 minutes outside, at this point its about 20 minutes past the appointment time. Lisa finally answered after knocking 2-3 more times. She asked what we were there for to which I reminded her of the appointment we had, she had done absolutely no paperwork and forgot about the appointment. I asked for a refund because I was not comfortable with how unprofessional this had been to which she replied no refunds. The office was a complete wreck with drink cups, food and papers everywhere! She had no paperwork ready and we waited for another 15-20 minutes while her large dog was walking around the office barking. She finished the paperwork and told us that we had to double check her work because she was in a rush. The paperwork had our names incorrect so she had to do it again. Once finished she said that we owe her an additional $100 and she will not file the papers with the county we will have to do that ourselves. I told her that I was told $175 to have them file to which she replied we dont ever file for people and that someone else told me they do. Lisa is the only person I spoke to about filing because the front desk could not answer any questions or make appointments. When we were at the county they said the Legal Document Center had new owners and Im assuming thats where they got the good reviews. This place is extremely unprofessional and honestly felt like scammers, do not go here!

Knows everything about everything to do with with an amazing staff. I would recommend you call for an appointment.

Alec Schwimmer had been very helpful . Very affordable service , very prompt and save me a lot of money and trouble with what I need . Highly recommended.
