        What a wonderful person Francis is!! She is genuinely friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel and did the underground tour. Room was nice and clean. Was a bit awkward to use a key for the bathroom, but the bathroom was private and conveniently across the hall. Do have to mention The Stairs up to the rooms lots of steps when carrying luggage. Hotel is located next to shops. Enjoyed out stay.

        My daughter and I stayed here in 2013 and loved it so much. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Thinking about a reservation this winter for a girls trip!
